Latest News Cherry Blossom (April 21, 2008)
The cherry trees are out on the green and that lovely yellow butterfly the brimstone is fluttering around. Bird song is all around. Cowslips are out that beautiful yellow flower that used to cover our countryside. Birch trees are giving off pollen and the smell reminds of holidays spent in Scotland.
On a visit to the Evesham area at the weekend I saw a AA signpost for the blossom trail how wonderful.
One of my favourite blossoms is the apple with tthat pinky tinge.
Great crested newts males are displaying in the ponds these minature dinosaurs are relics from millions of years ago. Go out with a torch under the stars and look in your pond for them. Click here to return to the News page
