COWSLIPS (April 30, 2008) Cowslips are now out in flower. Bats are back in the loft and the jackdaws are nesting in the chimney. Swallows are busy and the red kites are giving some spectacular displays in mid air. Great Crested Newts are still busy egg laying. This weekend will be a good time to visit a local bluebell wood and take in those sights and sounds. Click here to return to the News page
