SNOW(December 14, 2008)Last night snow carpeted the ground giving a winter wonderland. Yet we still have leaves on some of the trees in mid December. Cows are having some rich flower meadow hay. Birds come and feed on the seeds from the hay robin,blackbird and dunnock. Again we had heavy rain allday yesterday but bringing a fresh feel to the air. Buds sit tight some almost bursting in spite of the cold snap. Click here to return to the News page
